Applying

Whether we meet you at a Career Event or you submit interest in one of our openings through a job posting, your relationship with MOM Brands begins with the Application process. To apply for a position with MOM Brands or to submit your resume/application for consideration of any future openings for which your qualifications may match, you must utilize the career system located within the Career Search page of this site.

Once you submit your application, you have successfully entered into the applicant phase. During this phase recruiters will review and assess your credentials, experience and background. If we find that your background meets our needs, you may be contacted for a preliminary interview with a member of the MOM Brands Team. Based on your performance during this preliminary meeting, you may be selected for face to face interviews with the Hiring Team.

Assessments

Depending on the positions for which you apply, you may be requested to complete an Assessment. Assessments help MOM Brands better understand your fit for our different career opportunities. Assessments are designed to assess:

• Your work experience
• Your preferred workstyle
• Your ability to solve problems and draw logical conclusions

Our Assessments vary from online assessments that you can take from your home computer or wherever you have Internet access to Assessments that may require you to visit our external testing partner.

Interviews

Once you are invited for a face to face interview we provide you with an opportunity to showcase your qualifications. To do this we employ a wide range of interviewing methods including behavioral interviews and work simulations. The type, number of interviews and interviewers, length, and complexity of questions will vary depending on the specific position for which you are being considered. Your potential colleagues may be among those who will be conducting your interviews.
